As well as being a destination in its own right, Wilderness Valley is the perfect base from which to explore Kangaroo Island.

Wilderness Valley is situated at the west end of the Island.

The west end is the most pristine, and features many of the Island's major natural attractions, such as Seal Bay, Remarkable Rocks, Admiral's Arch, Kelly Hill Caves and Little Sahara.

The west end is also thick with wildlife such as wallabies, kangaroos, possums, echidnas, goannas, and an extraordinary variety of birdlife.
